Hello, I'm Anthony La Cava. I have over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, including a decade in IT leadership. I have had the opportunity to work with various organizations to enhance their IT operations and Information Security operations in recent years.
Apart from IT, I have been an active volunteer for over two decades with the Florida Youth Leadership Forum. It is a unique leadership program that aims to empower high school students with disabilities from across Florida, by providing them with leadership training in the state capital, enabling them to become advocates for their communities.

Oversaw all aspects of Internal IT including Support, Maintenance, and Designing in the areas of Workstation/Laptops, Servers, Switching, Firewall, Wireless, Mobile Device Management, Access Controls, Employee On-boarding/Off-boarding, Network Monitoring, and Audio/Visual Systems. Project Management of IT Related Projects. Develop and Maintain Policies, Processes, and Procedures related to Information Technology. Responsible for annual budgeting and procurement of IT purchases. Analyst company needs, issues, and IT systems to evaluate if changes are needed to systems or processes. Member of Company Senior Management and Information Security Committee. Primary vendor management for Internal IT Systems.

The Florida Youth Leadership Forum is a 4-day leadership program for high school students with disabilities to help prepare them for life after high school. Manage multiple aspects of the program, including guest speakers, housing, junior staff, and technological needs.
